The Planning Department is located in the County Administration Building, 398 Main Street, Lovelock. In addition to planning and building, the Imlay Water System and the Pershing County Electric Utility are administered by this department. Our office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday. Phone 775-273-2700, Fax 775-273-3617. We are closed holidays and weekends.
