Pershing County and Pershing County School District Accepting Sealed Bids for Up To 40 Acre-feet of Water Rights
At the Regular Meeting of the Pershing County Board of Commissioners, the Board adopted Resolution No. 23-08-11: Resolution to lease Ten (10) Acre-feet of Water Rights held by Pershing County.

Any lease granted will be for a term of five years with an option to renew. All sealed bids must include a single bid for the water rights authorized under Permit Numbers 65330 and 65329. Oral bids will be accepted after the opening of the sealed bids and meet the additional requirements defined in Resolution No. 23-08-11. All sealed bids and written notices of oral bids with proper documentation should be delivered to:

Sealed bids will be opened, and all bids accepted and considered at 10:30 AM during the September 6th, 2023 Regular Meeting of the Pershing County Board of Commissioners in the Lower-Level Meeting Room of the Pershing County Courthouse at 400 Main Street, Lovelock, Nevada. The Board of County Commissioners retains the right to reject any and all bids, written or oral, and withdraw the property from lease.
